All Airline Refunds/Future Credits are liable to every aircraft admission fare rules, policies and procedures.

Like our transaction service fees (booking fees), all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and are liable to change without notice. Our expenses are notwithstanding any airline and other supplier imposed fees and charges.

Government forced duties and expenses are liable to change. You might be charged the last aggregate sum showed or cited by our agent.

  1. The vast majority of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Just accessible if our Travel Suppliers' charge rules permit cancellation and refunds, and we have accepted your request for a refund, you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), and if we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
  2. Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Airline Refunds/Future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies and procedures.
  3. Special Services - All Special Services are on a request premise ONLY and are liable to every airline's review and approval process alongside their fare rules, policies and procedures. Special Service Fees will be charged upon the arrangement of the service(s) and might be discounted if the request is denied by the airline.
  4. Name Misspelling - Travelers name on their airline ticket does not coordinate their identification or other Universally acknowledged government ID.
  5. Visa/Passport - A Visa/Passport decline letter is normally required in order to process a request
  6. Baggage - it would be ideal if you hold all receipts and baggage tags
  7. No- Show - Documentation advising why you were unable to make your scheduled departure will be required
  8. Denied Boarding - Documentation as why you were denied boarding of your scheduled departure will be required
